The applicant shall cause the notice of intention, or that\n\nportion thereof including the items specified in Section 12 of this\n\nact, to be published at least once a week for two (2) consecutive\n\nweeks in a newspaper having a general circulation and published\n\nwithin any county in which the operation is to be conducted and in\n\nwhich the affected area is located, or, if the operation is to be\n\nconducted in more than one county or if the affected area is located\n\nin more than one county or is located in a county other than the one\n\nin which the operation is to be conducted, then in a newspaper\n\nhaving a general circulation and published within each of such\n\ncounties. In case there is no newspaper published within the\n\nappropriate county, publication shall be made in a newspaper having\n\na general circulation within the county.\n\nB. Proof of publication together with publisher's affidavit,\n\nshall be filed by the licensee with the Board within fifteen (15)\n\ndays from the date of the last publication of the notice.\n\nC.
