Each licensee shall keep and maintain a record of all\n\noperations conducted by him pursuant to his license and each permit,\n\nshowing the method employed, the type of equipment used, materials\n\nand amounts thereof used, the times and places of operation of the\n\nequipment, the name and post office address of each individual\n\nparticipating or assisting in the operation other than the licensee,\n\nand such other general information as may be required by the Board,\n\nand shall report the same to the Board at the time and in the manner\n\nrequired by the Board.\n\nB. The Board shall require written reports regarding methods\n\nand results, but not inconsistent with the provisions of this act,\n\ncovering each operation for which a permit is issued. The Board\n\nshall also require written reports from such organizations as are\n\nexempt under Section 8 from the license and permit requirements of\n\nthis act.\n\nC. All information on an operation shall be submitted to the\n\nBoard before any information on such operation may be released to\n\nthe public.\n\nD.
