Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1087.4","heading":"Continued conduct of research and development","body":"activities.\n\nThe Board shall exercise its powers in such manner as to promote\n\nthe continued conduct of research and development activities in the\n\nfields specified below by private or public institutions or persons\n\nand to assist in the acquisition of an expanding fund of theoretical\n\nand practical knowledge in such fields. To this end the Board may\n\nconduct, and make arrangements including contracts and agreements\n\nfor the conduct of, research and development activities relating to:\n\n1. The theory and development of methods of weather\n\nmodification and control, including processes, materials and devices\n\nrelated thereto;\n\n2. Utilization of weather modification and control for\n\nagricultural, industrial, commercial, municipal and other purposes;\n\nand\n\n3.
