Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1087.6","heading":"Grants, appropriations, gifts, donations and bequests -","body":"Weather Modification Revolving Fund.\n\nA. The Board may, subject to any limitations otherwise imposed\n\nby law, receive and accept for and in the name of the state any\n\nfunds which may be offered or become available from federal grants\n\nor appropriations, private gifts, donations or bequests, or from any\n\nother source, and may expend such funds, unless their use is\n\nrestricted and subject to any limitations otherwise provided by law,\n\nfor the administration of this act for operations and research and\n\nfor the encouragement of research and development by a state or\n\npublic or private agency, either by direct grant, by contract or\n\nother cooperative means.\n\nB. All monies received by the Board and derived from all\n\nlicense and permit fees authorized and contemplated under the\n\nprovisions of this act or derived from all additional sources\n\nreferred to in subsection A of this section shall be deposited with\n\nthe State Treasurer and credited, apportioned and appropriated to a\n\nseparate and distinct fund to be known as the Oklahoma Weather\n\nModification Revolving Fund to be used to enforce, administer and\n\nimplement the weather modification powers, duties and\n\nresponsibilities of the Board. The Oklahoma Weather Modification\n\nRevolving Fund herein created shall be a continuing fund not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations. No monies shall be paid out of the\n\nOklahoma Weather Modification Revolving Fund until the claim\n\ntherefor has been itemized and verified by the Board and the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services as\n\nprovided by law.
