Certificates of completion of works from the Oklahoma Water\n\nResources Board shall be required before any water may be impounded\n\nby a new dam or before water may be impounded at an elevation higher\n\nthan that previously authorized by the Board at an existing dam\n\nwhich has been modified. Said certificate shall contain the date of\n\napproval of plans and specifications for the dam, date construction\n\nwas completed on said dam, and any other conditions as may be\n\nrequired by the Board.\n\nB. The owner must give notice of completion of construction of\n\nthe new dam or of modifications to an existing dam to the Board, and\n\nthe Board shall inspect such dam before issuing a certificate of\n\ncompletion.\n\nC. The Board may modify, revoke or amend any said certificate\n\nas necessary to assure the safety of the dam.\n\nD.
