Owners of dams are responsible for keeping accurate records\n\npertaining to the design, construction, operation and maintenance of\n\ntheir dams and to make the same available upon request of the\n\nOklahoma Water Resources Board.\n\nB. Owners of dams must give timely notice to the Board of flood\n\nevents or other circumstances that may affect the integrity or\n\nsafety of the dam.
