Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1101","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in Sections 2 to 14, inclusive, of this act:\n\n(a) \"Port authority\" means a port authority created pursuant to\n\nauthority of Section 2 of this act.\n\n(b) \"Submerged lands\" means the lands presently underlying the\n\nnavigable streams of the State of Oklahoma and the lands underlying\n\nthe waters of lakes, harbors, and navigation channels which have\n\nalready been or which shall be created by the impoundment of the\n\nwaters and the creation of commercial navigation facilities in the\n\nsaid navigable streams.\n\n(c) \"Uplands\" means lands contiguous to or fronting upon any\n\nsubmerged lands in this state.\n\n(d) \"Publication\" means publication once a week on the same day\n\nof the week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of\n\ngeneral circulation in the county or counties wherein such\n\npublication is required to be made.
