Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1107","heading":"Plan for future development, construction and","body":"improvement.\n\nThe board of directors of a port authority shall prepare or\n\ncause to be prepared a plan for the future development,\n\nconstruction, and improvement of the port and its facilities,\n\nincluding such maps, profiles, and other data and descriptions as\n\nmay be necessary to set forth the location and character of the work\n\nto be undertaken by the port authority. Upon the completion of such\n\nplan the board of directors shall cause notice by publication as\n\nprovided in Section 1 of this act to be given in each county in\n\nwhich there is a political subdivision participating in the creation\n\nof the port authority, and shall likewise cause notice to be served\n\nupon the owners of the uplands contiguous to any submerged lands\n\naffected by such plan in the manner provided by law for the service\n\nof notice in the levy of special assessments by municipal\n\ncorporations, and shall permit the inspection thereof at their\n\noffice by all persons interested. Said notice shall fix the time\n\nand place for the hearing of all objections to said plan, which\n\nshall be not less than thirty (30) nor more than sixty (60) days\n\nafter the last publication of said notice and after service of\n\nnotice upon the owners of such uplands. Any interested person may\n\nfile written objections to such plan, provided such objections are\n\nfiled with the secretary of the board of directors at his office not\n\nless than five (5) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing.\n\nAfter said hearing the board of directors may adopt such plan with\n\nany modifications or amendments thereto as the official plan of the\n\nport authority.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8201b32cad399c46488e24e97ddf2e7bb2a058c7014a0f287662601905c9e628","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1106","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1108"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
