Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1110","heading":"Participation of private enterprise","body":"The port authority shall foster and encourage the participation\n\nof private enterprise in the development of the port facilities to\n\nthe fullest extent it deems practicable in the interest of limiting\n\nthe necessity of construction and operation of such facilities by\n\nthe port authority. For this purpose the port authority may upon a\n\nwritten request by any person, partnership, or corporation, filed\n\nwith the secretary of the board of directors within thirty (30) days\n\nfollowing the journalization of the order of the adoption of an\n\nofficial plan as provided in Sections 1107 and 1108 of this title,\n\nsubmit a proposal to provide, operate, and maintain any facility\n\nincluded in such plan, by publication of and invitation for bids\n\ntherefor based upon specifications prepared by the board of\n\ndirectors.\n\nThe board of directors may accept the bid of the person,\n\npartnership, or corporation it deems best qualified by financial\n\nresponsibility and business experience to construct and operate such\n\nfacility or facilities in accordance with its official plan.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e37ef45080fe94db3f2b8745f9d964694dc1b0d99dbbc021c9301ffebfdd54d9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1109","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1111"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
