Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1113","heading":"Budget - Disposition of rents and charges","body":"(a) The board of directors of a port authority created in\n\naccordance with Section 2 of this Act shall annually prepare a\n\nbudget for the port authority.\n\n(b) Rents and charges received by the port authority shall be\n\nused for the general expenses of the port authority and to pay\n\ninterest, amortization, and retirement charges on money borrowed. If\n\nthere remains, at the end of any calendar year, any surplus of such\n\nfunds after providing for the above uses, the board of directors may\n\npay such surplus into the general funds of the political\n\nsubdivisions creating and comprising the port authority in\n\nproportion to the taxable value of all property within the port\n\nauthority which shall be listed on the general tax lists for the\n\nrespective subdivisions.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e0e4891cff84f98e72074f0d865719d74deb31ee19d4780f1adc538dab47ff05","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1112","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1114"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
