Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1114","heading":"Bond of secretary - Deposit of funds - Disbursements","body":"Before receiving any monies, the secretary of a port authority\n\ncreated in accordance with Section 1102 of this title shall furnish\n\nbond in such amount as shall be determined by the port authority,\n\nwith sureties satisfactory to it, and all funds coming into the\n\nhands of said secretary shall be deposited by the secretary to the\n\naccount of the port authority in one or more such depositories as\n\nshall be qualified to receive deposits of state or county funds,\n\nwhich deposits shall be secured in the same manner as county funds\n\nare required to be secured. No disbursements shall be made from\n\nsuch funds except in accordance with rules adopted by the port\n\nauthority.
