Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1121","heading":"Authorization for port authority to borrow money and","body":"issue bonds.\n\nFor the purpose of paying all or any part of the cost of\n\nacquiring land or interests therein, and the cost of constructing,\n\nacquiring, equipping, and furnishing buildings, structures, plants,\n\ndocks, wharves, warehouses, piers and other port, terminal and\n\ntransportation facilities, or any part thereof; including\n\nadditions, improvements, relocations, renovations, extensions and\n\nmodifications thereof, (all of which as are included in single\n\nproject are hereafter referred to in this act as \"facility or\n\nfacilities\"), a port authority created pursuant to 82 O.S.1961,\n\nSection 1102, is authorized to borrow money upon credit of the\n\nincome and revenues to be derived from the operation of such\n\nfacilities, together with any other available income and revenues\n\nfrom other revenue-producing facilities of such port authority, and\n\nto issue negotiable bonds of such port authority in such amount as\n\nthe board of directors of the port authority shall deem necessary\n\nfor the purpose; and to provide for payment of such bonds and\n\nrights of holders thereof as herein provided.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c6757763680d21300a4d08d9d2e8f48ec8493b3a36673e18c9526f5db896ca29","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1114","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1122"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
