Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1122","heading":"Terms, maturities, form, etc. of bonds","body":"Bonds authorized by this act may be issued in one or more\n\nseries, may bear such date or dates, may mature at such time or\n\ntimes not exceeding forty (40) years from their date, may be in such\n\ndenominations and in such form, either coupon or registered, may\n\ncarry such registration and conversion privileges, may be executed\n\nin such manner, may be payable in such medium of payment at such\n\nplace or places, may be subject to such terms of redemption with or\n\nwithout premium, and may bear such rate of interest, not exceeding\n\nfive percent (5%) per annum, as may be provided by official\n\nresolution of the board of directors of such port authority.\n\nSuch bonds may be sold in such manner and at such price or\n\nprices, not less than par plus accrued interest to date of delivery,\n\nas provided in Section 13 of this act, but interest cost to maturity\n\nfor bonds issued hereunder shall not exceed five percent (5%) per\n\nannum, computed on the basis of average maturities according to\n\nstandard tables of bond values.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a25649803395c55292b9944225ba161f1d4409eff43ac49eaa5f428ded677c39","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1121","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1123"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
