Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1123","heading":"Bonds issued pursuant to loan or purchase agreement with","body":"United States Government.\n\nIn the event any issue or series of bonds is issued under\n\nauthority of this act pursuant to a loan agreement or bond purchase\n\nagreement with any agency of the United States Government, then and\n\nin that event, notwithstanding any other provision of law, the board\n\nof directors of the port authority may in any resolution authorizing\n\nbonds hereunder provide for the initial issuance of one or more\n\nbonds (in this section called \"bond\") aggregating the amount of the\n\nentire issue; and may make such provision for installment payments\n\nof the principal amount of any such bond as it may consider\n\ndesirable; and may provide for the making of any such bond payable\n\nto bearer or otherwise, registrable as to principal or as to both\n\nprincipal and interest, and where interest accruing thereon is not\n\nrepresented by interest coupons, for the endorsing of payments of\n\ninterest on such bond.
