Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1124","heading":"Exemption from taxation - One bond issue for more than","body":"one project or facility - Payment from combined revenues.\n\nBonds issued hereunder shall not be subject to taxation by the\n\nState of Oklahoma, or by any county, municipality or political\n\nsubdivision thereof. The board of directors of a port authority may\n\nin its discretion authorize one issue of bonds hereunder for the\n\nacquisition, construction, relocation, improvement, extension,\n\naddition, furnishing or equipping of more than one building,\n\nstructure, project or facility, as herein defined, and may make said\n\nbonds payable from the combined revenues of all such buildings and\n\nfacilities so constructed, acquired, improved, extended, furnished\n\nor equipped, in whole or in part, with the proceeds of such bonds;\n\ntogether with revenues from the operation of any existing revenue-\n\nproducing buildings or facilities. If more than one series of bonds\n\nshall be issued hereunder, payable from the revenues of such\n\nbuildings and facilities, priority of lien thereof as to such\n\nrevenues shall be as prescribed by proceedings authorizing the\n\nissuance of such respective bond issues.
