Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1126","heading":"Bonds as special obligation of port authority concerned","body":"No provision of this act shall be construed to authorize the\n\npledge or use of any appropriated funds of the State of Oklahoma, or\n\nany ad valorem tax revenues or any other tax revenues, for the\n\npayment or security of any bonds issued pursuant to this act. No\n\nbonds issued under provisions of this act shall ever become a debt\n\nor obligation of the State of Oklahoma, nor shall the faith and\n\ncredit of the State of Oklahoma be pledged in whole or in part,\n\ndirectly or indirectly, for the payment of such bonds, or interest\n\nthereon. Bonds issued under this act shall not be an indebtedness\n\nof any county or counties, or any municipal corporation or municipal\n\ncorporations, which shall have created or joined in the formation of\n\nthe port authority issuing the same. All bonds issued pursuant to\n\nthis act shall be special obligations of the port authority\n\nconcerned, payable solely from the revenues of the buildings and\n\nfacilities referred to therein. Such bonds shall contain on the\n\nface thereof a statement to the effect that neither the state, nor\n\nany county or municipal corporation concerned shall be obligated to\n\npay the same, or the interest thereon, except from revenues of such\n\nfacilities; and that neither the faith and credit nor the taxing\n\npower of the state or any political subdivision thereof is pledged\n\nor may hereafter be pledged to the payment of principal of or\n\ninterest on such bonds.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c9962a0d2cd082574dd279a3d8d5afbe69dd6a70c2874403925a58091638947f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1125","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1127"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
