Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1277","heading":"Annual written report","body":"Within sixty (60) days after the close of each calendar year any\n\nwater district organized and in operation under this act shall make\n\na written report to the Oklahoma Water Resources Board at its office\n\nand shall include the following:\n\n1. The total volume of water contracted for from the reservoir\n\nor reservoirs located within the district. Measurement may be made\n\neither in gallons or acre-feet, whichever is most convenient to the\n\ndistrict.\n\n2. A complete report of the finances, assets and liabilities of\n\nthe district.\n\n3.
