The following statutory provisions shall be applicable to\n\nthe operations and governance of a district organized under this\n\nact:\n\n1. The Oklahoma Open Meeting Act;\n\n2. Section 24 of Title 51 of the Oklahoma Statutes pertaining\n\nto public records; and\n\n3. The Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974.\n\nB.
