Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1324.13","heading":"Annexation of additional territory - Petition","body":"Lands outside the boundaries of any district which can\n\neconomically be served by the facilities of the district may be\n\nannexed to such district. Any two or more owners of such lands\n\nshall file a petition for annexation with the county clerk addressed\n\nto the board of county commissioners, which shall give the legal\n\ndescriptions of the lands owned by the petitioners and other lands\n\nwhich the petitioners propose to be annexed to such district, and\n\nshall state:\n\n1. The name of the district to which annexation is desired;\n\n2. That such lands are without an adequate water supply, sewage\n\nfacilities, gas distribution system or solid waste management\n\nsystem;\n\n3. That annexation to said district will be conducive to and\n\nwill promote the public health, convenience and welfare of rural\n\nresidents in the district; and\n\n4.
