Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1324.3","heading":"Purpose of districts - Organization","body":"Public nonprofit rural water districts, public nonprofit rural\n\nsewer districts, public nonprofit natural gas distribution districts\n\nand public nonprofit rural solid waste management districts may be\n\norganized under this act for the purpose of developing and providing\n\nan adequate rural water supply, gas distribution facilities, sewage\n\ndisposal facilities and solid waste management system to serve and\n\nmeet the needs of rural residents within the territory of the\n\ndistrict.
