Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1324.46","heading":"Domestic water public utility as acquiring party -","body":"Approval procedures - Inapplicability of certain provisions.\n\nIf the acquiring party is a domestic water public utility, and\n\nthe district or corporation, control of which is sought to be\n\nacquired in a transaction described in Section 6 of this act which\n\nwould require the filing of a statement pursuant to Section 6 of\n\nthis act, is subject to the jurisdiction of the Oklahoma Water\n\nResources Board, an application for approval containing such\n\ninformation as the Board may prescribe by rule promulgated pursuant\n\nto this act shall be filed with and heard by the Board after such\n\nnotice as the Board may prescribe, and the transaction shall be\n\napproved or disapproved based upon the factors enumerated in\n\nparagraphs 1 through 4 of subsection A of Section 8 of this act,\n\nsubject to judicial review as provided in Section 13 of this act,\n\nbut the other provisions of this act shall not apply to such\n\ntransaction.
