Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1324.47","heading":"Jurisdiction","body":"The courts of this state are hereby vested with jurisdiction\n\nover every person not resident, domiciled or authorized to do\n\nbusiness in this state who files or is required to file a statement\n\nwith the Oklahoma Water Resources Board as required by Section 6 of\n\nthis act, and over all actions involving such person arising out of\n\nviolations of this act.
