Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1324.48","heading":"Power of Board - Expenses of analysis or investigation","body":"- Payment.\n\nThe Oklahoma Water Resources Board shall have power to perform\n\nany and all acts, and to prescribe, issue, make, amend and rescind\n\nsuch orders and rules as it may find necessary or appropriate to\n\ncarry out the provisions of this act. The expense of conducting an\n\nanalysis or investigation by the Board of the information required\n\nto be filed under Section 7 of this act shall be paid by the\n\nacquiring party within fifteen (15) days of the public hearing\n\nrequired by Section 8 of this act.
