Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1324.49","heading":"Authority to enjoin violations and enforce compliance","body":"Whenever it shall appear to the Oklahoma Water Resources Board,\n\nthe Attorney General or a district or corporation which reasonably\n\nbelieves itself to be the object of an offer or attempt to obtain\n\ncontrol as described in Section 6 of this act, that any person is\n\nengaged or about to engage in any acts or practices which constitute\n\nor will constitute a violation of the provisions of this act, or of\n\nany rule, or order thereunder, the Board, the Attorney General or\n\nthe district or corporation may bring an action in the district\n\ncourt in and for Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, to enjoin such\n\nacts or practices and to enforce compliance with this act or any\n\nrule, order or temporary or permanent injunction shall be granted\n\nwithout bond.
