Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1422","heading":"Amendment - Ratification","body":"\n\nThis ratification is subject to the State of Oklahoma and the\n\nState of Arkansas, acting through their duly authorized compact\n\nrepresentatives, amending said \"Arkansas River Basin Compact\" in the\n\nparticulars as set forth hereinafter, and further, the ratification\n\nof said amendment of said compact by the Legislature of the State of\n\nArkansas.
