There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund to be designated as the \"Geographic Information Revolving\n\nFund\", which shall be under the control and supervision of the\n\nOklahoma Conservation Commission, and subject to the recommendations\n\nof the State Geographic Information Council.\n\nB. The fund shall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies specifically\n\nappropriated to the fund by the Legislature within the Oklahoma\n\nConservation Commission appropriation. The fund may obtain\n\nadditional monies through donation by any private entity, obtained\n\nby grants or designated by any federal, state or local government\n\nagency, as recommended by the State Geographic Information Council\n\nand approved by the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Conservation\n\nCommission, with specific intention for the purposes of carrying out\n\nthe duties of the Office of Geographic Information including, but\n\nnot limited to, the development and maintenance of base map\n\nGeographic Information System (GIS) data layers.\n\nC. Monies accruing to the fund may be expended by the\n\nConservation Commission for expenses associated with the Office of\n\nGeographic Information.\n\nD.
