Floodplain management rules enacted pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nFloodplain Management Act shall only be promulgated by the Oklahoma\n\nWater Resources Board in accordance with the Administrative\n\nProcedures Act.\n\nB. Floodplain management regulations adopted pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Floodplain Management Act and any amendments to the\n\nregulations shall go into effect thirty (30) days after adoption\n\nunless the regulation or amendment specifies a later date; provided,\n\nthat no floodplain management regulation or amendment thereto shall\n\nbe in force unless published in a newspaper of general circulation\n\nregularly published nearest the area of jurisdiction within fifteen\n\n(15) days after adoption.\n\nC. At least thirty (30) days prior to the date of adoption of a\n\nregulation or amendment thereto, written notice shall be furnished\n\nto the Oklahoma Water Resources Board, accompanied by a copy of each\n\nproposed regulation or amendment.\n\nD.
