Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1618","heading":"Application of act - Accreditation of administrators","body":"The provisions of the Oklahoma Floodplain Management Act shall\n\nnot apply to those counties, municipalities or other agencies which\n\nare in compliance with federal floodplain regulations as of the date\n\nof this act and were participating in the program prior to May 13,\n\n1980.
