When the board calls an election and submits to the electors\n\nthe question whether or not a construction plan and an assessment\n\nshall be levied to raise money to be used for any of the purposes\n\nprovided in the Oklahoma Irrigation District Act, the election shall\n\nbe called upon notice and shall be held and the result thereof\n\ndetermined and declared in all respects in conformity with the\n\nbylaws of the district.\n\nB. The notice shall specify:\n\n1. the proposed construction plan;\n\n2. the total amount of money proposed to be raised;\n\n3. the purpose for which it is intended to be used;\n\n4. the maximum annual assessments proposed to be levied; and\n\n5. the number of years the assessment shall continue.\n\nC.
