Stat. tit. 82, § 82-277.16","heading":"Consolidation","body":"Two or more districts desiring to consolidate into one district\n\nmay file a petition with the Oklahoma Water Resources Board and\n\nshall attach the following:\n\n1. A certified resolution authorizing the same approved by the\n\nboard of directors of all the districts;\n\n2. A certified resolution authorizing the same approved by the\n\nelectors of the districts in a meeting called in each district for\n\nthat purpose;\n\n3. Approval by the bondholders of the districts; and\n\n4. Any additional data and information required by rules and\n\nregulations of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board.\n\nAfter receipt thereof, the Oklahoma Water Resources Board may\n\napprove or disapprove the petition as it deems advisable.
