Stat. tit. 82, § 82-277.26","heading":"Transfer and substitution of land unsuitable for","body":"irrigation.\n\nA landowner who owns assessed irrigable land which is no longer\n\nuseful or suitable for irrigation may transfer and substitute such\n\nland for other land owned by such landowner within the district or\n\nto land outside of but adjacent to the district when such transfer\n\nis approved by the board of directors of the district.
