Stat. tit. 82, § 82-277.3","heading":"Petition - Contents","body":"The petition shall be signed by the petitioners, filed with the\n\nOklahoma Water Resources Board, and shall contain the following\n\ninformation:\n\n1. A specific description of the lands within the proposed\n\ndistrict;\n\n2. The names and addresses of all of the electors within the\n\nproposed district as reflected by the records of the county clerk of\n\nthe county wherein the land is located;\n\n3. The proposed plan of operation and such additional data and\n\ninformation required by rules and regulations of the Oklahoma Water\n\nResources Board;\n\n4. An attached map showing the boundaries of the proposed\n\ndistrict; and\n\n5.
