If the county treasurer of each county in which lands of the\n\ndistrict are located collects any assessments and delinquent\n\nassessments, the county treasurer shall make monthly reports of the\n\nsums collected. On the first day of each month, the county\n\ntreasurer shall issue a warrant payable to the district for all sums\n\ncollected. The county treasurer shall make a report to the\n\ndistrict, immediately after October 31 of each year, of the total\n\nsums collected and of the assessments not collected for the\n\npreceding year.\n\nB. If the board collects assessments and delinquent\n\nassessments, the board shall make monthly reports of the sums\n\ncollected.
