Stat. tit. 82, § 82-505","heading":"State Board to control district - Redress accorded persons","body":"injuriously affected.\n\nUpon the creation of any such conservancy district, as herein\n\nprovided, the Conservation Commission of the State of Oklahoma,\n\nshall have authority and is hereby empowered and authorized to take\n\nsuch action as is deemed necessary by said Commission to properly\n\ncarry out the intention and purpose of Chapter 70, Article 5,\n\nOklahoma Statutes of 1931, as amended by House Bill No. 84, of the\n\nFifteenth Legislature of the State of Oklahoma, and said Commission\n\nor any member thereof, its servants, agents and employees shall have\n\nthe right of ingress and egress upon all property comprising said\n\nconservancy district; provided, that any person, firm or\n\ncorporation, private or public, who shall consider itself or himself\n\ninjuriously affected in any manner whatsoever by any act performed\n\nby any official or agent of said Commission may seek redress\n\naccording to subsection (L), Section 6, House Bill No. 84, of the\n\nFifteenth Legislature of the State of Oklahoma.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"2bb8032fbb84367a53a2c95b96b3f9bfb9629f36df01cc025fe7579f836d06f5","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-504","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-506"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
