Stat. tit. 82, § 82-508","heading":"Appeal from organization of district - Collateral attack","body":"The Conservation Commission or any landowner affected by any\n\nproposed conservancy district or by the creation of any conservancy\n\ndistricts under the provisions of this act, who is aggrieved by any\n\norder refusing to establish or establishing such district may,\n\nwithin one hundred eighty (180) days after the rendition of such\n\norder, appeal from the same to the Supreme Court of the State of\n\nOklahoma upon giving bond in the sum to be fixed by the court.\n\nProvided, however, that where any order is made organizing any such\n\ndistrict, such judgment shall not be superseded pending appeal\n\nunless fifty-one percent (51%) of the landowners affected by such\n\norder join in the appeal.
