Stat. tit. 82, § 82-546","heading":"Decree of incorporation filed with Secretary of State","body":"Within ten (10) days after the said district has been declared a\n\ncorporation by the court, the clerk of the court shall transmit to\n\nthe Secretary of State, and the county clerk in each of the counties\n\nhaving lands in said districts, copies of the findings and the\n\ndecree of the court incorporating said district.\n\nThe same shall be filed and recorded in the office of the\n\nSecretary of State in the same manner as articles of incorporation\n\nare now required to be filed and recorded under the general law\n\nconcerning corporations and copies shall also be filed and recorded\n\nin the office of the county clerk of each county in which a part of\n\nthe district may be, where they shall become a permanent record, and\n\nthe county clerk of each county shall receive a fee of Two Dollars\n\n($2.00) for filing, recording and preserving the same, and the\n\nSecretary of State shall receive for filing and recording said\n\ncopies such fees as now are or hereafter may be provided by law for\n\nlike services in similar cases.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"199907345f8c059747556ec67756b4d680769d169936e78eb88d1fe208102876","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-545","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-547"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
