Stat. tit. 82, § 82-570","heading":"Dominant right of eminent domain","body":"\n\nSaid board, where necessary for the purpose of this act, shall\n\nhave dominant right of eminent domain over the right of eminent\n\ndomain of railroad, telegraph, telephone, gas, water power and other\n\ncompanies and corporations, and over townships, villages, counties\n\nand cities.
