Stat. tit. 82, § 82-571.1","heading":"Condemnation for easement purposes - Damages","body":"When the board of directors of a conservancy district determines\n\nthat a lesser estate is needed for flood control purposes than fee\n\nsimple absolute, the board shall have the right to condemn for\n\neasement purposes an easement as may be required.\n\nIn such cases, the measure of damages payable to a landowner\n\nshall be the difference in the fair market value of the entire tract\n\nwith the easement and the fair market value of the entire tract\n\nwithout the easement.
