Stat. tit. 82, § 82-574","heading":"Passing equipment through bridge or grade - Notice to","body":"owner.\n\nIn case it is necessary to pass any dredge boat or other\n\nequipment through a bridge or grade of any railroad company or other\n\ncorporation, county, township, or municipality, the board of\n\ndirectors shall give thirty (30) days' notice to the owner of said\n\nbridge or grade that the same shall be removed temporarily to allow\n\nthe passage of such equipment or that an agreement be immediately\n\nentered into in regard thereto. The owner of said bridge or grade\n\nshall keep an itemized account of the cost of the removal and if\n\nnecessary, of the replacing of said bridge or grade, and said actual\n\ncost shall be paid by the district. In case the owner of said\n\nbridge or grade shall refuse to provide for the passage of said\n\nequipment, the board of directors may remove such bridge or grade at\n\nits own expense, interrupting traffic in the least degree consistent\n\nwith good work and without delay or unnecessary damage.
