Stat. tit. 82, § 82-604","heading":"Hearing on land excluded from or taken into district -","body":"Notice.\n\nIf the report of the board of appraisers includes\n\nrecommendations that other lands be included in the district, or\n\nthat certain lands be excluded from the district, it shall be the\n\nduty of the court clerk where the proceeding is pending to give\n\nnotice to the owners of such property by publication, to be made as\n\nprovided in this act for a hearing on the petition for the creation\n\nof the district. Such notice to those owners whose lands are to be\n\nadded to the district may be substantially as shown in the schedule\n\nherein. The time and place of the hearing may be the same as those\n\nof hearing of appraisals.
