Stat. tit. 82, § 82-605","heading":"Report of appraisers - Contents - Filing","body":"\n\nThe board of appraisers shall prepare a report of its findings\n\nwhich shall be arranged in tabular form and which shall be known as\n\nthe conservancy appraisal record. Such record shall contain the\n\nname of the owner of property appraised as it may appear on the\n\ncurrent tax roll of the county, a description of the property\n\nappraised as per government survey in tracts not exceeding three\n\nhundred twenty (320) acres in extent, except as to properties of\n\npublic service, transportation and public corporations the property\n\nof which shall be described as a whole, and the amount of benefits\n\nto each tract. They shall also make report of any other benefits, or\n\nany other matter which in their opinion should be brought to the\n\nattention of the court. The name of the owner of each tract as the\n\nsame appears upon the current tax roll of the county shall be\n\nconclusive of the fact of such ownership for the purposes of said\n\nappraisal record and all proceedings thereon pursuant to this title.\n\nNo error in the names of owners of real property or in the\n\ndescription thereof shall invalidate said appraisal or the levy of\n\nassessments based thereon if sufficient description is given to\n\nidentify such real property and the owner or owners thereof as\n\naforesaid.\n\nWhen their report is completed, it shall be signed by at least a\n\nmajority of the appraisers and deposited with the proper court clerk\n\nwho shall file it in the original case. At the same time, copies of\n\nthat part of the report giving the appraisal of benefits in any\n\ncounty, shall be made, certified to and filed with the court clerk\n\nof such county. Provided, however, that in the case of appraisals\n\nof benefits in a district to a municipal corporation, institution\n\nand/or political subdivision as provided in Section 602 of this act,\n\nthe appraisal record need contain only the name of the municipal\n\ncorporation, institution and/or political subdivision with the\n\namount of the benefits appraised to said municipal corporation,\n\ninstitution and/or political subdivision.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ac5f121d3d4255955bd881536c836ed9f5660cf630ea79aeb2c1f098b45fcd26","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-604","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-606"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
