Stat. tit. 82, § 82-611","heading":"Filing decree","body":"Upon the entry of the order of the court approving the report of\n\nthe appraisers as provided for in this act, the clerk of said court\n\nin which the same is entered shall transmit a certified copy of the\n\nsaid decree, and of the appraisals as comfirmed by the court, except\n\nthose parts from which appeals have been perfected but not\n\ndetermined to the secretary of the district.\n\nWhen any appeal has been finally determined, the Clerk of the\n\nSupreme Court shall certify the amount of each item of the judgment\n\nto the clerk of the court having the original case, who shall file\n\nthe same therein and thereupon transmit certified copies of the same\n\nas in this section above provided.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7aba039b15fb21704828c5f0713af8d354bc44f7989b743de01532db0f91d803","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-610","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-612"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
