Stat. tit. 82, § 82-613","heading":"Appeal not to delay proceedings - Appeal by directors -","body":"Waiver by failure to appeal.\n\nNo appeal under this act shall be permitted to interrupt or\n\ndelay any action or the prosecution of any work under this act.\n\nThe board of directors of any district organized under the terms\n\nof this act shall have the right to appeal from any order of the\n\ndistrict court made in any proceeding under this act.\n\nThe failure to appeal from any order of the court after the\n\ncourt acquires jurisdiction of the district in any proceedings under\n\nthis act within the time specified herein shall constitute a waiver\n\nof any irregularity in the proceedings, and the remedies provided\n\nfor in this act shall exclude all other remedies except as herein\n\nprovided.
