Stat. tit. 82, § 82-615","heading":"Subsequent appraisals - Procedure","body":"In case any real property within or without any district is\n\nbenefited which for any reason was not appraised in the original\n\nproceedings, or was not appraised to the extent of benefits\n\nreceived, or in case any individual, corporation, municipality,\n\npolitical subdivision or other district shall make use of or profit\n\nby the works of any district organized under the act to a degree not\n\ncompensated for in the original appraisals or in case the directors\n\nof the district find it necessary, subsequent to the time when the\n\nfirst appraisals are made to take or damage any additional property\n\nwithin the district, the directors of said district, at any time\n\nsuch conditions become evident shall direct the board of appraisers\n\nto appraise the benefits or the enhanced benefits received by such\n\nproperty, including future benefits and future enhanced benefits\n\nthereto, or such damages or value of property taken, and the\n\nproceedings outlined in this act for appraising lands not at first\n\nincluded within the boundaries of the district, shall in all matters\n\nbe conformed with, including notice to the party or parties, and as\n\nto lands or property without the district, the board of directors\n\nshall proceed under the condemnation laws of the State of Oklahoma,\n\nor the board may, at its discretion, make any suitable settlement\n\nwith such individual, other district, corporation, county or\n\nmunicipality for such use, benefit, damage or property taken.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6248428f530d93f097733ac44f56804c4f99280053800866af4a867296fd3436","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-614","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-616"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
