Stat. tit. 82, § 82-649","heading":"Designation of fiscal year - Reports - Accounting","body":"The board of directors shall designate the fiscal year for the\n\ndistrict, which fiscal year shall not be changed except with\n\napproval of the district court.\n\nAnnually, or more often if the court shall order, and within\n\nthirty (30) days of the ending of the fiscal year, the board of\n\ndirectors shall make and file with the clerk of the court having\n\njurisdiction of the district, a report of its proceedings and an\n\naccounting of the receipts and disbursements for such fiscal year,\n\nusing forms approved by the State Auditor and Inspector. Any\n\ninterested person may object to such report, in writing, within\n\nsixty (60) days of the ending of the fiscal year.
