Stat. tit. 82, § 82-663.2","heading":"Order for union or conversion of drainage district -","body":"Rights, remedies, and obligations.\n\nIf such union or reorganization is ordered by the court, the\n\norder shall set out the fact that all pending litigation and claims,\n\nand outstanding bonds, refunding bonds, warrants, assessments, and\n\nobligations shall continue in their status quo, and that all rights,\n\nremedies, and obligations are preserved as under the former\n\norganization.
