Stat. tit. 82, § 82-676","heading":"Performance of duties enforced by mandamus","body":"The performance of all duties prescribed in this act concerning\n\nthe organization and administration or operation of the district may\n\nbe enforced against any officer or against any person or corporation\n\nrefusing to comply with any order of the board by mandamus at the\n\ninstance of the board or of any person or corporation interested in\n\nany way in such district or proposed district.
