Stat. tit. 82, § 82-862.1","heading":"Grand River Dam Authority - Exemptions","body":"In addition to the powers, rights and privileges enumerated in\n\nSection 862 of this title, the Grand River Dam Authority shall be\n\nexempt from the provisions of:\n\n1. The Oklahoma Open Records Act, exclusively limited to:\n\na. customer proprietary information the Authority is\n\ncontractually obligated to keep confidential,\n\nb. security plans and procedures in its role as an\n\nelectric utility regulated by the federal government,\n\nc. information related to the security of electrical or\n\ndam infrastructure and related information systems\n\nthat, if misused, could interfere with, attack,\n\ncompromise, or incapacitate the infrastructure or\n\ninformation systems including information related to\n\nthe ability of the infrastructure or information\n\nsystems to resist such interference, compromise, or\n\nincapacitation. Such information includes, but is not\n\nlimited to, any planned or past assessment,\n\nprojection, or estimate of the vulnerability of\n\ncritical infrastructure or information system,\n\nsecurity testing, risk evaluation, risk management\n\nplans, operational plans, structural schematics,\n\nrecovery or response plans, or risk audits, and\n\nd. proprietary or commercial information received subject\n\nto a nondisclosure agreement or confidentiality\n\nagreement;\n\n2. The Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, exclusively limited to\n\nauthorizing the Grand River Dam Authority Board of Directors to\n\nconfer on:\n\na. coal or gas fuel supply and transportation contracts,\n\nb. power purchase agreements, and\n\nc. security plans and procedures in its role as an\n\nelectric utility regulated by the federal government;\n\nand\n\n3. Title 61 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. The Information Technology Consolidation and Coordination\n\nAct;\n\n5. The State Travel Reimbursement Act; and\n\n6.
