Stat. tit. 82, § 82-864.1","heading":"Retired employees - Payment of health insurance","body":"premiums.\n\nExcept as otherwise provided for in this section, for the life\n\nof a retired employee, the Grand River Dam Authority shall pay not\n\nless than Sixty Dollars ($60.00) of its retired member’s, employee\n\nonly, health insurance premiums as long as the retiree elects to\n\ncontinue participation in one of the plans offered by the State and\n\nEducation Employees Group Insurance Board. Such payment made by the\n\nGrand River Dam Authority shall be in addition to any amount\n\ncontributed by the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System\n\npursuant to Section 1316.2 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes. At\n\nits discretion, the Board of Directors of the Grand River Dam\n\nAuthority may elect to pay more than Sixty Dollars ($60.00) toward\n\nthe health insurance premium of a retired employee.\n\nIf the sum of the amount paid by the Grand River Dam Authority\n\nplus the medical supplement paid by the Oklahoma Public Employees\n\nRetirement System pursuant to Section 1316.2 of Title 74 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes exceeds the amount of the retired member’s,\n\nemployee only, health insurance premium, the Authority may reduce\n\nthe amount it contributes.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"15090b5c69d14d30ad0f4a912199431e43694d0bfa8c1f0020b6b675a566ac2b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-864","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-865"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
