Stat. tit. 82, § 82-865","heading":"District funds - Deposit - Official bonds - Surety","body":"The funds of the district shall be deposited in accordance with\n\nSection 870 of this title and any bond resolutions or indentures\n\nissued thereunder. The Chief Executive Officer, the treasurer and\n\nall other officers, agents and employees of the district who shall\n\nbe charged with the collection, custody or payment of any funds of\n\nthe district shall give bond conditioned on the faithful performance\n\nof their duties and an accounting for all funds and property of the\n\ndistrict coming into their respective hands, each of which bonds\n\nshall be in form and amount and with a surety, which shall be a\n\nsurety company authorized to do business in the state, approved by\n\nthe Board, and the premiums on such bonds shall be paid by the\n\ndistrict and charged as an operating expense.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0992cc89683eca9676f9e4ce168adf5a94f42e5d6381bea5d982551a67069546","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-864.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-866"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
